Council President Chisholm- Would be happy to invite him to join if he's available.
Joseph Sullivan-31 Kathy Court-Thanks Council members for pointing out 9/11 and remembering all first responders and honoring the people's lives lost. Concerned about the vulgar sign on someone's lawn about the speeding and the person is politically connected concerned with it being removed.
Mr. Wall- not aware of the issue but happy to look into it.
Council President Chisholm- From what he heard or understands that Code Enforcement stopped by and told them they had to remove it by this weekend.
Peter Vicinio-63 Tuscany Drive-Asks Mr. McGuckin if the Mayor had talked with him about how open space committee members are chosen.
Mr. McGuckin- Can't talk about the conversations he has with the Mayor.
Mr. Vicinio- Talks about how Councilwoman Kuhn told him he was not accepted to the Zoning Board because of his social media accounts. Talks about how she has a various amount of social media accounts and wants to know why he was singled out.
Councilwoman Kuhn-Conversation was had with previous Council President at that time he agreed to not appoint due to his social media.
Eleanor Hannum-7 Evergreen Court- Questions who Samantha Novak is and what is her title?
Mr. Wall-She is the Assistant Business Administrator
Ms. Hannum- Talks about how for several weeks we listened how Councilwoman Kuhn attacked Clerk Moss and chose to OPRA request the Citizen Leadership Forms. Viewed the forms and talks about how the forms do not directly go to Ms. Moss they go directly to Samantha Novak and then she forwards them. Therefore, she believes Councilwoman owes Ms. Moss an apology for two (2) attacks. Mentions there is a section for social media accounts and asks if it's required to put social media accounts on the Citizen Leadership forms.
Mr. McGuckin- If it is on the form I would expect for it to be provided but there is no statute that says it is required.
Ms. Hannum- Talks about that on some forms everything is filled out and some forms have a name and what board they want. Does not think it is fair Mr. Vicinio got dragged through the mud and the rules for everyone is unequal, unjustified, and not fair.
Ms. Hannum- Asks if the DOJ Settlement has been signed off?
Mr. Pohlman- It has been fully executed.
Jennifer Cusanelli-14 Blue Spruce Drive- Concerns about the speed limits and asks if more police presence could be put on the street. Asks if an ordinance can be made to eliminate parking on lawns because rental properties have big equipment parked on lawns.
Mr. Wall- What street are you referencing about the speeding?
Ms. Cusanelli-Premier off of Leesville.
Council President Chisholm- Cannot control people from parking on lawns because it is their property and some people do not have driveways, however, can look into commercial vehicles being in a non-commercial area.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kuhn, seconded by Councilman Borrelli to close the public portion.
