RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CHANGE IN CUSTODIAN OF PETTY CASH FUNDS FOR THE TOWNSHIPS RECREATION DEPARTMENT FROM JOEY ANDERSON TO ANTHONY HORTA
WHEREAS, Joey Anderson was custodian of the Recreation Petty Cash Fund, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:5-21, the Township of Jackson is changing custodian to Anthony Horta: and
WHEREAS, Anthony Horta is covered under a blanket surety bond in the amount of $1,000,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Jackson Township Council hereby authorizes such action and two copies of this resolution be filed with the Division of Local Government Services, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs for approval.
