RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON AMENDING RESOLUTION R311-23
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2023, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson adopted Resolution R311-23 appropriate township officials to execute any and all necessary documents in conjunction with the acquisition of property known and designated as block 10002, lot 20 a/k/a 234 Leesville road, Jackson Township, New Jersey
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Resolution to amend Resolution R311-23 to provide the account number; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that sufficient funding exists for this purpose in Account number: Open Space T-19-56-861-000-819; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this 1246 day of September, 2023, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
Resolution will have to be amended to include the account number to be charged: Open Space T-19-56-861-000-819.
Certified copies of this Resolution to Township Administrator, CFO, Township Engineer, Purchasing Agent and any other interested parties
