Project improvements include:
- Remove the top layer of asphalt and replace with new asphalt
- Pave side street entrances and some driveway entrances
- Add high-emphasis crosswalk striping at Frederick Avenue, Kokomo Road and S.R. 544/C.R. 544
- Install rumble strips along the center and edge lines on the north end of the project
