Project improvements include:

  • Remove the top layer of asphalt and replace with new asphalt
  • Pave side street entrances and some driveway entrances
  • Add high-emphasis crosswalk striping at Frederick Avenue, Kokomo Road and S.R. 544/C.R. 544
  • Install rumble strips along the center and edge lines on the north end of the project
