| 5. Staff Senate Committee Updates | • Outreach Committee - Outreach Committee is still planning to stuff van. They are planning to have a meeting next week to discuss this. - Issue with original plan was the timing of the announcement. - If the van does not work out, Outreach Committee may place baskets in different locations on campus instead. - Will send updated flyers through staff senate email list once official. • Staff Morale Committee | |

- No updates- Will send reminder for Cupcakes for Kindness around Arbor Day.• Staff Relations Committee- Good to go with Campus Delivery (Thorodash)- New food people will be coming over the summer. We will be updated soon about this.
Announcements • COVID Vaccine Update- Once an update is made, Jasmin will let us know.- Currently, we are still at 20% workforce until we receive the official paperwork from the University• Executive Committee Update- Will be meeting soon
