Call to Order

Meeting was called to order with a quorum present at 9:02 am.

• Overview of Faculty Senate Committees and responsibilities.
• Letter sent to KSU President during summer requesting the reinstatement of Tenure and Promotion. (Letter provided to Faculty/Senate)
• Uploaded Faculty Senate Constitution (overview PDF provided to Faculty/Senate)

• The new board met: June 17th, and July 15th
• Approval of Policy on Policies.
• Contract for President (Housing and Travel)
• Holiday Calendar Approved
• Internal Audit Contract
• Land Grant Project

Nurse's Report – Lisa Turner

• New Nurse Practitioner is nurse Megan Turner
• Student orientation

Student Success and Retention Director, Krissalyn Love

• Thank you to Faculty and Staff for One Stop Registration
• Completed 1st week of KSU 118
• Need faculty support to promote academic programs.
