Go to StudentAid.gov/entrance-counseling.
Log in with your FSA ID and password.
Add Kentucky State University as the school to notify.
Select your student type: undergraduate or graduate/professional.
Complete and submit all required sections.

8. Complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN)
Required for first-time borrowers and borrowers who's previous MPN has expired
Go to StudentAid.gov/mpn and select the option for an undergraduate or graduate/professional student.
Log in with your FSA ID and password.
Select Kentucky State University as the school to notify.
Complete and submit all required sections.
When prompted to enter your name, use the exact name associated with your FSA ID.
