About
This project will improve the I-275 Northbound (NB) Exit Ramp onto Scott Street from Ashley Drive to Franklin Street in Tampa.
Multiple improvements will be included within the project limits.
Adding two right turn lanes along the I-275 NB Exit Ramp to Scott Street for traffic turning onto southbound Tampa Street
Installing a barrier wall along the right turn lanes
Installing a signal at Tampa Street for the added right turn lanes
Adding Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices for the new signal
Modifying signing and pavement markings
Modifying lighting at the intersection of Scott Street and Tampa Street
Construction is anticipated to begin Fall 2027.
