About
This project will improve the I-275 Northbound (NB) Exit Ramp onto Scott Street from Ashley Drive to Franklin Street in Tampa.
Multiple improvements will be included within the project limits.
- Adding two right turn lanes along the I-275 NB Exit Ramp to Scott Street for traffic turning onto southbound Tampa Street
- Installing a barrier wall along the right turn lanes
- Installing a signal at Tampa Street for the added right turn lanes
- Adding Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices for the new signal
- Modifying signing and pavement markings
- Modifying lighting at the intersection of Scott Street and Tampa Street
Construction is anticipated to begin Fall 2027.
