YOUR GUIDE TO JOINING THE TEAM, UNLOCKING BENEFITS, AND COMPLETING THE MISSION

Welcome to Balch Springs, the world where our players make a real difference. Every great game is powered by the people behind it. From the teams that build the world to the benefits that support them, this guide offers a closer look at what it's like to be part of our story. If you're ready to bring your skills, curiosity, and creativity to the next level, there might be a place for you on our team.

Behind every service, program, and project is a group of dedicated people working to improve the lives of those who call Balch Springs home.

In this world, every role matters.

Every department contributes to the mission.

And every player helps move the city forward.

All players must pass through the final checkpoints before their journey begins. These standard system checks help confirm you're ready to safely and successfully enter the game.

Before entering the game, take a moment to review your player build. Every role has core stat requirements (like strength, knowledge, and experience) that help ensure you're ready to take on the mission. Make sure your abilities align with the objectives ahead, and that you're equipped to perform at your best, with or without assistive power-ups.

Before unlocking your player slot, all applicants must complete a drug test and physical exam. Clear each requirement to unlock your player slot and officially start your quest.

When you join the team, you'll collect coins, unlock bonuses, and gain helpful boosts along the way.

From extra lives to reward drops, here's everything packed into your player inventory.

Your earnings are based on your role and skill level, with ranges designed to stay competitive across all regions.
