2. Roll Call		• Roll Call was taken by J. Alison Jackson
3. Adoption of Agenda		• Unanimously accepted.
4. Opening Remarks		•
5. Staff Member Sick	• A KSU Staff member is in the hospital and is sick.	• Staff has unanimously agreed to send a gift card for $100.00 and a get well card.
6. BLM Event	• Staff had expressed concern about COVID-19 requirements not being followed. This includes recent student events, cleaning of classrooms between classes, and lack of policies being enforced for students.	• Jasmin Thuman is a member of the Gold Task Force Committee which addresses concerns pertaining to COVID-19. Jasmin will address our concerns to this committee.
7. Election of Staff Senate Vice President	• Staff Senate Elections are coming up in November	• Election and Credentials committee will need to meet and come up with a plan regarding November Staff Senate elections.
8. Closing Remarks	• Committee Expectations:• All committees need to meet once a month.• Meeting can be done via zoom, skype, etc.• If using zoom, a free zoom account can be set up. Meetings have to be 40 minutes or less.	•
