RESOLUTION

Whereas, the Kentucky State University National Alumni Association (KSUNAA) plays a vital role in fostering alumni engagement, promoting the University's legacy, and supporting outreach, advocacy, and fundraising efforts; and

Whereas, Kentucky State University and KSUNAA seek to strengthen collaboration and formalize their relationship through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); and

Whereas, the MOU will provide clarity on roles, responsibilities, and mutual support in alumni engagement, event planning, communication, fundraising coordination, and data sharing;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Regents of Kentucky State University authorizes President Koffi C. Akakpo and his administration to negotiate and sign an MOU with KSUNAA, contingent upon approval by the KSUNAA General Assembly.
