RESOLUTION

Whereas, Kentucky State University's Spring Commencement Exercises are scheduled to take place on Friday, May 10, 2024.

Whereas, there are approximately three hundred twenty-seven (327) prospective graduates at Kentucky State University who have completed the degree requirements for Associate's degrees, Bachelor's degrees, Master's degrees, and Doctoral degrees during the Fall 2023 semester, Spring 2024 semester, and Summer 2024 session.

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the degrees to be conferred upon the candidates for graduation by President Koffi C. Akakpo, upon approval and recommendation by the faculty and appropriate administration, are hereby approved.

Be it further resolved that the list of graduates may be supplemented or modified as necessary to carry out this resolution.

We, the duly qualified officers of the Kentucky State University Board of Regents, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the Kentucky State University Board of Regents at its quarterly meeting on April 19, 2024.
