He said there is a 2.0 for undergraduate and graduate school has their policy referencing the GPA.
He mentioned the reference to students in academic bankruptcy when they are coming back after a period of time and they waive what they owe. He has made changes in those policies in that they make sure those students remain current and that they have to pay their balances, especially in the first qualifying semester. Those policies are to be submitted to the full board on February 13.

He said there are nine programs up and running in the undergraduate level and three additional certificates at the undergraduate level.
Regent Obielodan had a question on three of the programs and Dr. Dailey responded and said they offer unique experiences in the online space that you may not get in the residential campus. They try to keep the campuses as two separate pathways through KYSU.
Regent Obielodan asked an additional question on ACBSP and accreditation and Dr. Dailey responded with a summary.
Regent Dukes said we have a separate whole cybersecurity and is that out of technology versus the business admin cybersecurity. Dr. Dailey responded yes and elaborated further. Regent Obielodan asked an additional question that Dr. Dailey responded to.
Dr. Dailey discussed the master degree programs online. He said there are almost 50 students in social work and close to 60 in masters of business. They have the doctor of nursing practice and in the fall there will be a master's in public health and a master's in exercise science.

When launched, there were 106 graduate students and 149 undergraduate students. This spring, there were 2,877 students of which 159 were graduate students on campus and 2,100 undergraduate students. Online there are 207 graduate students and 405 undergraduate students for a total of 612. He further discussed enrollment numbers for the C-term.

Dr. Dailey said the command certificate was championed by Dr. Frederick Williams, the chair of the school of criminal justice and political science.
Dr. Freeman-Taylor said this was an industry-based request to have some additional training for their officers in the command path.
She said this is 100% new content so in addition to CPE approval, they have to go through a SACCLC prospectus. It will have a $500 fee attached to it.
Regent Fields asked what is a command certificate. Dr. Dailey responded that it was additional training for officers and this is for officers in the field already. He further expanded on the training.
Regent Obielodan asked if it was in the board book and Dr. Dailey said because it was an action item, there should be an attached program description and if not, he would get that to him tomorrow.
