COURTROOMS 412 & 426 STANDING ORDER No. 2 COURT CALL PROCEDURE FOR FORECLOSURE CALL

As a temporary precautionary response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Courtrooms 412 and 426 are instituting the following procedures for the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 a.m. Foreclosure calls:

Beginning immediately, Court Call will be available for the 8:30 a.m. Foreclosure call. Attorneys are required to register for Court Call in the same manner as currently mandated by Local Rule 2.11. Orders for foreclosure cases shall be submitted in the same manner as currently mandated by General Order 9.14.

We strongly urge attorneys to utilize this procedure for their own protection, the protection of courthouse personnel, and the protection of the greater community. This order is effective immediately, and will remain in effect until further notice.
