RESOLUTION 309-2025
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPOINTING GIUSEPPE PALMIERI AS VICE PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson is responsible to select from among its members a Vice President of Council; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council of the Township of Jackson to appoint Giuseppe Palmieri as Vice President of Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the
Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Council of the Township of Jackson does hereby appoint Giuseppe Palmieri to the position of Vice President of Council in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:60-3(b) the remainder of the 2025 calendar year, commencing October 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025.
That a certified copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to Giuseppe Palmieri.
CERTIFICATION
I, Sandra F. Martin RMC, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution adopted by the Governing Body of the Township of Jackson at a meeting held on the 3^{rd} day of October, 2025.
