The Documents You Will Need For Your Visa

Completing the Visa Order
- Click start order - you are taken to the first of 3 pages where you will be required to input information including your passport details.
- When application is complete you will be given a reference number beginning with A - A89675. This will also be emailed to you with the application pack for you to print off, complete and gather the relevant documents.
On Completion of the Visa Application
- Once you have all documents post these to the Visa address which will be on your confirmation email from completing your order or you can courier these to the addresses given.
- CIBT will be in touch if anything further is required or incomplete.
Approval of the Visa Application
- The bookmer/traveller will receive and email from CIBT to confirm the documents have been dispatched, which are generally received the next day depending on the postage you state on the initial application.
- On the same day that documents are dispatched to the traveller, the invoice will be emailed to Selective who will invoice accordingly. Selective Travel Management office staff will make contact to arrange a purchase order to be advised.
