Finance Report – Grant funds were transferred to the Trust Account. Grant - $0 Trust - $15,131.92 Budget - $3,136.55

Soccer - Soccer will run from September 7, 2019 through October 26, 2019, the field permit for the Justice Turf Field has been obtained. Dave Furbish will chair. Soccer shirts that were found in the “cage” will be used. Dave has merged sessions one and two to play all at 9:30 am – 10:30 am. Trophies have been ordered.

Helping Hands Program – Helping Hands reminder was sent out. The Program will begin on September 19, 2019.

Ceramics - Flyers have gone out for Ceramics.

Basketball – The gymnasium needs to be reserved, will run from the first weekend in January for Eight weeks. Karen Galano will send the dates to Marilene.

Miniature Golf - Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 4 pm (Rain date September 22) at the Manchester Family Golf Center on Rte. 37. Cost will be $8 for a game of golf, payable to the Manchester Family Golf Center.

Halloween Party – Sunday, October 27, 2019 1 – 4 pm at the Senior Center. Christine Dolan and Kristin Cladek will chair the event. Flyers have gone out. Christine stated there will be pizza, soda, coffee and cake. A Magician will perform and there will be game stations. Walter the DJ will provide the music.

Holiday Party – Sunday, December 1, 2019 at the AmVets, Rte. 571. It was discussed that if clients miss the RSVP date, the client will provide a gift for Santa to give out at the party.

Game Night - Friday, March 30, 2019 7 – 9 pm at the Senior Center. Games, snacks & drinks. Suely has a popcorn machine that the Commission may use.

Event Deposits – Generally for events held at the Senior Center – no deposit will be required. Events held at an outside venue will require deposits. The Township Policy on Refunds will be included on the flyers for the events when deposits are due.

Grant Application – The Grant Application, as submitted, was reviewed by those present.

Suely and Sharon would like to have a casual get together for parents and care givers of clients. They will further plan this event which is tentatively scheduled for sometime in January 2020.
