Key improvements within the project limits include:
Add 8 foot sidewalk along the western side of Highland Avenue
Adding a crosswalk at Wilder Avenue
Adding a crosswalk at Giddens Avenue
Restore roadway pavement
Upgrading the corridor lighting, ADA, pavement markings, and signage
Construction is currently anticipated to begin in late 2027.
