TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 291-2025

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH SANDRA MARTIN AS MUNICIPAL CLERK

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 72-25 adopted 01/23/2025, the Township of Jackson appointed Ms. Sandra Martin as Municipal Clerk for a three-year term; and

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson and Ms. Martin have agreed to various terms and conditions of employment; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council desires to authorize the execution of an employment agreement which contains the aforementioned terms and conditions of employment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the governing body of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. That the governing body does hereby authorize the Mayor or Township Administrator to execute the employment agreement Sandra Martin in the form attached hereto as schedule A.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution, together with a copy of the agreement between the parties, shall be forwarded to the Ms. Sandra Martin, Township Chief Financial Officer and Township Labor Counsel.
