TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 287-2025

AUTHORIZE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON AND COLLIERS ENGINEERING AND DESIGN WHEREBY INCREASING THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY $10,500.00, RESULTING IN AN ADJUSTED CONTRACT PRICE IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,500.00

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson previously awarded a contract to Colliers Engineering via Grant Writer Appointment R50-25; for the FY25 Jakes Law Grant in the amount of $27,000 Resolution R427-24, dated December 17, 2024.; and

WHEREAS, the Administration has recommended the approval of Change Order No. 1 increasing the contract by $10,500.00; and

• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
• That the Township Council hereby formally approves and authorizes Change Order No. 1 to the contract between the Township of Jackson and Colliers Engineering, increasing the contract by $10,500.00 for additional service, resulting in an adjusted contract price in the amount of $37,500.00 charged to account number 5-01-20-100-000-028.
• That upon the adoption of the within resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Township Administration, Purchasing, and Finance.
