TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 244-2025

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T&M ASSOCIATES TO PERFORM FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG BARTLEY ROAD.

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson (“Township”) has received a proposal from the Township Engineer, i.e. T&M Associates, to perform a feasibility study for the potential installation of sidewalks along Bartley Road, from Holbrook Little League to Scarlet Oak Court; and

WHEREAS, prior to the installation of sidewalks, these studies must be completed to ensure the safety of the Township's citizens; and

WHEREAS, the Township Engineer estimates the cost of full performance of the above-refenced project would be approximately $17,400.00, which does not require competitive bidding pursuant to New Jersey statutes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 8th day of July, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that the proposal to conduct the aforementioned study is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the following:
