TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 183-2025

AMENDING RESOLUTION 4-25 SO AS TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF THE CASH MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR SIGNING ON BANK ACCOUNTS

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson previously adopted Resolution 4-25, which designates specific Township officials authorized to take certain official actions on behalf of the Township; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council has determined it to be in the best interest of the Township to amend Resolution 4-25; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

1. “Section 2 of the Cash Management Plan adopted pursuant to Resolution 4-2025 is hereby amended to provide that warrants or checks for the disbursement of money (excluding the Court Bail Account) shall require the signatures of any two of the following four officials (facsimile signatures may be used): Township Mayor or designee, Township Administrator or designee, Township Council President or designee, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or designee.”
2. All other provisions of Resolution 4-25 not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption in accordance with applicable law.
4. Copies of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Chief Financial Officer, and Ocean First Bank and any other applicable financial institution
