Humanities encompasses the two largest programs on campus: the English Program and the Integrative Studies Program. These programs offer eight General Education courses: ENG, IGS, SPE and Foreign Languages. The Humanities division includes thirteen faculty plus the Associate Chair and a large number of adjuncts. Just in Fall of 2018, this division served about 1000 students. The faculty believe that their size and the number of students served justifies an independent school with a full chair position."
