PASSPORT TO FUN!
YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The City provides scholarships to eligible participants ages 18 and under who live in Pasadena or attend a Pasadena Unified School District school. Scholarships are approved based on available funding, the total gross family income, number of members in the household, and guidelines established by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for Housing and other programs for individuals and families of very-low to extremely-low income.
