Public Questions: A resident came in support of item 11 and asked the following questions: Question – Does the Parish Council know the cause of the pollution in Queen’s Park Lake? Answer – The Parish Council is commissioning specialist local water testing and the nearby Miller & Carter is conducting water testing on their land to determine the cause of the pollution. The lake has not been dredged for a long time which could also be contributing to the large amounts of duckweed and the Parish Council is in talks with local volunteer groups to help clear off some of the duckweed. Question – Will the plaque quoting Shakespeare in the Mesothelioma Garden be retained? Answer: The plaque will remain in the garden following the renovations. Question – Is item 17 a review of the Habitual & Vexatious Complaints Policy itself or a review of a person taken up on the policy? Answer – The item is a review of the implementation of the policy.
