The Council queried the potential suppliers' availability and capacity to deliver the works and requested a further report to the next meeting of the full Council to include quotes for the replacement of the fur with faux fur as well as any necessary repairs to the existing robe.
The business of the meeting having been concluded the Chair thanked the councillors for their attendance at the meeting, which concluded at 8:25pm.
