Drop in on Sian at the Lampeter library, on the 3rd Thursday of every month. She will be there from 2pm to 4pm.
Lampeter Wellbeing Centre, fortnightly on a Friday, starting 8th August 10am to 1pm. Sian will also be at the Llandysul library on the third Thursday every month, from 10am to 12pm.
