14. Staffing Committee
- a)a) To note that a meeting of the Staffing Committee was held on 15th July 2026 and was attended by all members of the Committee.

15. Public relations
- a)To consider whether to appoint an external public relations company to provide promotional support for Frodsham Town Council events.
- RESOLVED: It was agreed 9:2 to appoint an external public relations company to provide promotional support for Frodsham Town Council events.
- b)Subject to the previous item being approved, to consider the creation of an Earmarked Reserve (EMR), funded from the Council's General Reserve, to finance public relations and promotional activities for Town Council events.
NOTED: The item was deferred pending specific figure for EMR.
16. External groups
- a)a) To note the report provided by the Town Clerk.

- RESOLVED: It was unanimously resolved not to make official appointments to either group.
- c)To note the request from Find it in Frodsham for a meeting with representatives of Frodsham Town Council and to agree the date of the meeting and the Council's representatives to attend.
RESOLVED: It was agreed that the following will attend a meeting with Find it in Frodsham, Clerk to arrange date: Cllrs J Critchley, Lowrie, Wade, Wood & J O'Donoghue (Town Clerk).
