Use the Mayors Good Growth by Design Handbook to promote supporting diversity and inclusion in the built environment disciplines. Broadway Living have produced the Broadway Living Design Guide as a brief for the Development of affordable new homes in the borough. Ensure the Ealing Community Review Panel is engaged in the design of consultation and engagement activities as well as providing feedback on designs themselves. In addition, extensive engagement is undertaken during the first few RIBA stages which includes a ballot process for residents to vote on regeneration, at least 50% support is needed before regeneration can commence (this is the council's policy).
