The Ghyll requires significant improvements and maintenance work; the new nature reserve operative team are awaiting the new management plan before preparing an operational action plan which will be shared with the committee along with updates on progress.
In accordance with Section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, the Town Council has had due regard to the likely impact of its decisions on crime and disorder, including anti-social behaviour, and the misuse of drugs, alcohol and other substances. The Town Council remains committed to supporting a safe and welcoming community by considering crime prevention where relevant, working with partner agencies as appropriate, and encouraging residents to report concerns to the relevant authorities.
