It is mutually agreed that the purpose of this agreement is to provide a suitable tile outlet for part of the ___ Section ___ Civil Township___, Range___ of the Fifth Principal Meridian (5th P.M.), Dubuque County, Iowa, belonging to the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.
