Notice is hereby given that on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. the following described real estate and mobile homes will be sold at public sale as provided by law at the Dubuque County Court House, in the City of Dubuque and the State of Iowa, for payment of unpaid delinquent taxes for fiscal 2024-2025 and prior years, penalty and costs assessed against each parcel of real estate, mobile home, or special assessment.
An asterisk (*) indicates property that has been advertised two years, without sale. If private bids are not received, the property is to be purchased by the County. All bids must be placed online. Bidders can register and access the auction site by going to www.iowataxauction.com. The registration fee is $61.00 and interested bidders are required to complete and submit necessary bidder information before 11:59 P.M. June 12, 2025 to be eligible to bid.
If the real estate or mobile home is not redeemed within the period provided in Chapter 447 of the Code of Iowa, the right to redeem expires and a deed may be issued.
The sale will be continued and adjourned from time to time; notice of which will be posted in the Treasurer’s Office.
