What happens next?
The timetable for the work is:
Sep - Dec 20
Work up build options, consult residents, select preferred scheme.
Oct - Dec 20
Assess prospects of completing the scheme, community support, housing needs, funding, and planning consent.
Jan 21 - May 21
Jan 21 - May 21 Get planning consent, confirm funds for building buy and commission site clearance
Jun 21 onwards begin build process ... Tenders, contracts etc.

We need letters of support from residents and up to three community representatives for the project steering group.

Further information
There will be regular updates on the Parish Council website and we hope to arrange public meetings and drop in sessions where permissible.
If the Covid 19 regulations allow and public safety can be assured there will be meetings and drop in sessions at Lazonby Village Hall.
