Demand for repairs has increased by more than a third over the past two years, and we've been working hard to continue delivering a high quality, responsive service.

The tables that follow show that our performance improved this year despite this increased demand. Average repair times reduced from 20 days to 16 days, and more non-emergency repairs were completed on time, increasing from 69.9% to 76.9%.
