Keeping these homes safe, well maintained, energy efficient and comfortable for you to live in is our key priority. Our in-house Repairs and Assets teams, supported by specialist contractors, work year-round to carry out repairs, deliver planned improvements and complete essential safety checks.
Your homes
More than three-quarters of our rented homes are for social rent, which is around half the cost (50-60%) of renting on the open market. This helps people access secure and affordable housing. Most of our remaining homes are let at affordable rent, which is generally around 20% below market rate.
