Building more affordable homes to help more people

With almost 25,000 people on waiting lists in the areas we serve, we're committed to working with local councils and developers to build more affordable homes.

Continuing investment

We invested £52.9m this year in providing more new affordable homes - this includes all ongoing development schemes, not just those completed this year.

Homes handed over in:

Woodstock (Ryegrass), Chipping Norton (Hailey Avenue), Swindon (Stanton Chase), Carterton (Swinbrook), Moreton-in-Marsh (Dunstall Farm).

Building ongoing:

Brize Meadows (between Brize Norton and Carterton), Malmesbury, Wanborough, Perrybrook, Leckhampton.
