• Sec. 16-607. Additional Application Standards.
• A.Wells. The application shall map every public, private, and shared well within one (1) mile of the site, with specific analysis of shared wells serving multiple households. Sec. 16-703 generally prohibits the use of wells for cooling of computing systems or energy production; this Section governs any other proposed water use. Where no on-site withdrawal of any kind is proposed, the Study shall document that condition and the prohibition on withdrawal shall be made a metered condition of the permit. The required testing, modeling, and drawdown demonstration are governed by the Comprehensive Hydrological Impact Study of Sec. 16-611.
• B.Surface Waters. The application shall map all surface waters within two thousand five hundred (2,500) feet of the site.
