• O. Power-generation water use. The zero routine cooling-water standard in this Section is not limited to IT cooling. Any Power Generation Water Use, including turbine inlet cooling, wet compression, fogging, wet combustion control, HRSG/boiler makeup, condenser cooling, cooling tower operation, steam-cycle blowdown, or power-generation process wastewater, is prohibited unless expressly allowed under Section 7B and approved as a Material Change after water, wastewater, air, noise, emergency-response, and solicitor review.
