• N.2. Annual coolant and chemical certification. The operator shall annually certify coolant and process-chemical inventories, losses, leaks, spills, replacements, off-site shipments, recycling, treatment, and disposal. The certification shall include non-confidential disposal/recycling records and shall identify any event requiring notice to DEP, EPA, a river basin commission, a sewer authority, a water supplier, emergency responders, or the municipality.
