ACCEPT FULL-BUILDOUT non-cooling wastewater loads without causing or contributing to hydraulic overload, organic overload, permit violations, or Chapter 94 Wasteload Management noncompliance. Because cooling towers and evaporative cooling are prohibited, cooling tower blowdown or similar heat-rejection wastewater shall not be part of the approved wastewater load. The applicant shall provide capacity letters, projected peak and average non-cooling flows, pollutant characteristics, pretreatment needs, temperature, pH, TDS, biocides, corrosion inhibitors, and confirmation from the wastewater provider.
