K. Water emergency curtailment. During a declared municipal water supply, drought, or water quality emergency, the operator shall implement operational curtailment or other measures specified by the water provider or emergency authority to reduce non-essential water use and shall not initiate any water-consuming cooling or heat-rejection mode.
