• I. Metering and reporting. ALL WATER SOURCES SERVING THE LLDC SHALL BE METERED where practicable. The operator shall submit monthly water-use summaries for the first 24 months after operations and quarterly thereafter, identifying water use by category, including domestic, sanitation, fire/life-safety, sealed-loop maintenance, process, cleaning, landscaping, and any other non-cooling water use. Any use of water for cooling or heat rejection in violation of this Section shall constitute of this Section shall constitute a violation and Material Change requiring immediate notice and corrective action.
