• Water-Service Priority and DROUGHT CURTAILMENT DISCLOSURE. The application SHALL INCLUDE ALL water-service agreements, will-serve letters, capacity-reservation agreements, tariffs, private water-supply contracts, drought-contingency provisions, utility commitments, side letters, economic-development commitments, minimum-purchase obligations, take-or-pay provisions, reserved-capacity commitments, and related documents governing water service to the LLDC. The applicant shall identify whether any agreement provides firm, preferential, non-interruptable, reserved-capacity, take-or-pay, or priority water service during drought, water emergency, public-health emergency, fire-flow event, or system-capacity constraint.
