Power Generation Water Use means water withdrawal, consumption, evaporation, fogging, wet compression, water or steam injection, boiler makeup, condenser cooling, HRSG makeup, blowdown, water treatment, process wastewater, or heat-rejection water use associated with On-Site Generation, Behind-the-Meter Generation, or a Fossil-Fueled Primary Generation Facility.
