Site and structure requirements, including:

Stormwater management plan;

Stormwater pollution prevention plan;

Erosion and sediment control plan;

All Data Center production equipment (computers, servers, etc.) shall comply with Building Code requirements. Said structure(s) shall be placed on a permanent foundation.
