• Water Study. A water study shall be submitted demonstrating that sufficient water resources are available to support the proposed use as described in Section 107-151 § (n)(1) below.
• Water Use Agreement. The applicant shall submit a water use agreement to govern ongoing coordination between the applicant and the County regarding water use during operation of the facility as described in Section 107-151 § (n)(2) below.
