The Board ADOPTS, without modification, the hearing examiner's CONCLUSIONS OF LAW and interpretation of administrative rules. This adoption incorporates the Board's factual modification changing "Buyer" from Wheatland Livestock, LLC to HLA, LLC.
FINAL ORDER
The Board ADOPTS the recommended order in the hearing examiner's Proposed Decision subject to the modification of the findings of fact set forth in this Final Order. The transfer of Valley View, LLC's livestock market certificate to HLA, LLC is APPROVED.
