1. Seller is the sole shareholder of High Country Livestock, Inc. Notice of Intended Change in Operation dated July 14, 2026, and testimony of Sandra Nuffer. Seller operates the Montana Livestock Auction in Ramsay, Montana, on real property owned by MLA, LLC, which also is solely owned by Seller. Id.
2. Buyers intend to purchase High Country Livestock, Inc., and the real property from MLA, LLC on which the Montana Livestock Auction operates. Id. and testimony of Barry McCoy and Dannielle McCoy.
